Arnis - The Filipino Martial Arts

During their latest CLUBWORK activity, Brightways Academy's students had the opportunity to learn Arnis Filipino Martial Arts. This traditional martial arts, which originated in the Philippines, combines elements of weapon-based combat and empty-hand techniques. The students were taught by the teachers who demonstrated the various strikes, blocks, and footwork required to master this unique martial art. The activity not only provided a fun and engaging way for the students to stay active but also helped them develop important skills such as discipline, focus, and self-confidence.
